As summer draws to a close and the grass starts to crunch underfoot we all need to take a little time to get out of the house and play. Today I took Frankie out to play with his buddies and get a little racing practice in. He's doing quite well and gives some of the fastest dogs a run for their money. It's impressive to watch him run because he breaks pretty well and his long strides help him to a strong finish. We managed three practice runs but it was obvious by the third that he was getting a bit tired as it was more of a struggle for him to keep up, but that was the point. The little monkey has been shredding cardboard boxes recently so I figured if I could get him tuckered out then it would be a nice quiet week :)
