Look into my eyes, you are getting sleepy...  I took this picture months ago on an evening photo walk with my friend Garrison.  There was another one of the many festivals along the waterfront but all I could see was the pretty lights revolving in the distance.  When you see life through a camera's viewfinder some things just beckon...
