2010, Day 90 - Smith Rock State Park

Today's adventure was a trip to Smith Rock State Park. It was kind of far for a day trip but I hadn't been to Oregon's high desert in over fifteen years when I was still a California resident and it was the destination of a family trip.

I couldn't rightly tell you where this is except that it is on the way from Government Camp to Warm Springs.

On the way home we headed back over Mt. Hood where the snow was falling and the slopes still covered in a clean white blanket.
