There are workers pulling scrap metal out of Satsop Nuclear Power Plant; the income from the scrap helps maintain the site but it also removes some of the history. I guess it is a necessary evil. These workers were toiling in the rain, cutting the salvageable scrap in order to make pennies for each dollar invested. Seems like a lot of work for relatively little reward.
