2014, Day 69 - Return

I am overjoyed, the star magnolias are in bloom.  As you can see we've had some recent rain but the magnolias are holding up so far but the flowers are quite delicate and the petals bruise easily.  The forecast is calling for scattered clouds and breezy, but not windy, days for the next week so I think I will have enough time to enjoy my beautiful tree just as the flowers turn and the weather destroys their fading beauty.
