2014, Day 55 - Splatter

This is a happy face.  Frankie went to racing practice over the weekend and with the recent rain the field was still a little soggy.  When you're not in the front you get a face full of mud but that's nothing compared to how much they kick into their beautiful feathered tail.  His happiness at racing was transformed into annoyance when we got home because he had to have a bath but now Frankie is beautiful, soft, and he smells good too!
