This was, I think, my favorite temple in Thailand. My friends and I had been out to dinner after a long day and we were walking back to find transportation to our hotel when we saw a sky lantern rising into the air. That sight captured our attention and we began to walk faster in the hope of finding its point or origin. We wound through side streets and alleys until we came upon this temple. There were perhaps a dozen people gathered and a few with more sky lanterns yet to be released. I remember the night air having a slight crispness to it and being utterly enchanted by the temples and grounds. It was a magical experience...
