I like the tiny little beetle wading through the tiny petals of this daisy as if transecting a jungle. My imagination wanders and I start dreaming what it must be like to be so small, how the world must look and I think it must be ever more wondrous. Flowers would be massive things, their scent overpowering, their vibrance magnified and their fleeting beauty all the more obvious. Adventure would be on a grander scale and, of course, if I were like so many insects I would have the gift of flight. It would be amazing but until someone invents a jet pack and a shrink ray I will just have to explore the world through my macro lens.
